A-KREW allowed me to bring dancing back into my life after more than 12 years. It allowed me to reignite my passion for dance and meet others that felt the same joy of movement! A-KREW gave me time for myself through having babies, gave me an outlet during the pandemic, and allowed me to meet some amazing people. Give A-KREW a try and I’m sure you will be hooked!

When I first joined, I was extremely nervous. I had not gone to a dance class since I was a child so had little to no dance experience, but Angie and the other girls in the class made the environment so welcoming and so fun! There is an energy in the room that just radiates positivity and inclusion. They ensure you are not only learning the choreography in a pace that works for you, but they also make sure you are having an absolute blast while doing so! I would highly recommend this dance class and this group of empowering women! You will not regret it!

Being active has always been important to me and I met Angelina long before she established A-KREW, while attending her Zumba classes at a local gym. Her passion and energy is like no other. As someone who essentially stepped away from dance for twenty plus years, getting back into it this past summer was not an easy or comfortable decision to make. A-KREW has such a welcoming and supportive atmosphere, with so many different programs to support the needs of any and all experience and comfort levels. Highly recommend giving it a try

Anyone, and I mean anyone can do this!

I have tried the gym, working out at home, running outside, and yoga but nothing has stuck like GROOV3.  Dancing has helped not only with my cardio and physical strength but it has also helped with my emotional and mental well-being. I would recommend GROOV3 to anyone who wants to have fun, sweat, and meet some fantastically supportive people!  Anyone, and I mean anyone can do this! If you can clap your hands to the beat of a song you can totally 100% get your groove on with this program!  So, stop doubting yourself and come out and try this fun experience!
