Pilates Mat Classes draw on dozens of core strengthening and mobility-building exercises
Low impact targeted exercises help you gain control, strength, power and flexibility.
You will see and feel your "core" get stronger each week and gain a renewed sensation of support in your legs and arms.
Inward focus and use of breath from a Pilates practice can also help down - regulate the nervous system.
This, in turn, can take you out of fight or flight mode, lower cortisol and decrease stress over time.
Slow down, tune in and walk away blissfully rejuvenated.

A 30 min deep core class targeting mid section, obliques & pelvic floor.
End the class with a cleansing stretch.

Adult Dance
HIP HOP– BEGINNER & INTERMEDIATE
Body isolations, grooves and upbeat choreography are at the heart of Hip Hop Dance. Classes are upbeat and fun, surrounded by awesome people!
Beginner: Ideal for anyone in the beginner to intermediate range who would benefit from extra repetition and revision of fundamentals.
Intermediate: For adult Hip Hop dancers with prior experience. Choreography and movement patterns become more detailed/intricate at the intermediate+level.

Adult Dance
SASS/HEELS –BEGINNER & INTERMEDIATE SESSIONS
A fierce and feminine way of movement in heels.
Participants will develop and sharpen:
How to walk/move in heels confidently & Technique( supported by pilates core coaching) as well as learning sassy and fun street/hip hop influenced choreography. From creating beautiful body lines to dropping it like it's hot - this class has such a vibe!

We love helping our clients connect or reconnect with dance. We are proud to say we have options to suit all experience levels. We will meet you where you are at and be your biggest cheerleaders along the way.

You will need comfy/ breathable clothing , a water bottle and clean indoor footwear to change into. Outdoor footwear is not permitted in the studio. Pilates classes require a mat. We always send an info email to all new participants with all details needed.

We ask that all cell phones ( as well as bags , jackets etc. ) be stored in our entryway cubby area. This helps create a distraction- less environment. We thank you for your cooperation.

We use the back entrance for classes. We recommend parking alongside the building and access to the backdoor is easily accessible from there. It is a gray door with our logo.
